At Foundry Grappling, our coaching team brings years of experience both on the mats and in high-level competition. With backgrounds in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and No-Gi grappling, our instructors are not only skilled athletes but also passionate teachers. Under the 13th Dimension banner, we focus on helping each student progress, regardless of starting point with technical detail, real-world application, and personalised support.
We offer separate classes tailored for children, teens, and adults whether you’re looking to build discipline in your child or start a new challenge yourself. We’re really excited to announce that we’re now using the GloFox app to help both us and you manage eyour experience with the gym. After trailling a few different apps and systems over the last month of so, the GloFox system stood out by a mile.
Starting from the 8th of November 2023 we’ll be lauching our new running club, to start with it’ll be an light 3km route starting from the gym. Free for everyone.
