Pay-as-you-go or drop in’s are welcome at Foundry Grappling for £10 per session, we can accept card or cash at the gym.

Shane Curtis Seminar

On Saturday the 11th November we had the pleasure of inviting over Shane Curtis aka Gothlord from Nottingham MMA to Strategy Fight Team Oldham for a seminar. Shane is currently one of the best no-gi grapplers in the UK who has multiple wins on both Polaris and GrappleFest and is known for his unorthodox style of submission hunting.

Sandee Ultimate Fight Night – 18th November 2023

On the 18th November both Alex Hall (adults) and Olly Cheshire (junior) will be stepping into the ring as part of the Sandee Ultimate Fight Night Muay-Thai event in Wythenshawe. Both fighters have been working incredibly hard and are looking forward to putting on a show.
