We’re excited to announce that Strategy Fight Team Oldham has now rebranded as Foundry Grappling! This change marks the beginning of a new era for our gym, one focused on growth, competition, and pushing our students to the highest level.
As part of this evolution, we are proud to affiliate with 13th Dimension BJJ, led by Black Belt Danny Hughes. Danny is an active competitor, bringing a wealth of experience to the mat. In addition to his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, he holds a Judo brown belt, blending dynamic takedowns with technical ground control. His style is a unique fusion of BJJ, Judo, and Catch Wrestling, creating a well-rounded grappling system that thrives in both gi and no-gi competition.
13th Dimension BJJ is a competition-focused gym, producing high-level athletes who regularly test themselves on national events, Danny himself competing on Grapplefest, Polaris, Gorilla Invitational and many more. At Foundry Grappling, we want to replicate this ethos, fostering a culture of hard training, skill development, and competitive excellence.
